The?level Shift and voltage conversion in the power supply system are two chips with different functions. The level shift is based on the signal line level. For example, the GPIO port of the MCU has a working voltage of 3.3V, and the GPIO of the DSP is 1.8V, the communication between them cannot be directly connected, and the?voltage?level adaptation process is needed.

PrAttention: Vcca must less than Vccb. In other words, Vcca is connected to the low voltage system, and Vccb is connected to the high voltage system.
